Flatworms

This is a tapeworm.

This is a fluke.

1.  There are three main types of flatworm.There are tapeworms, flukes, and planarians.
2.   Some are parasites  and some are scavengers.
3.   They have only one opening, for eating and getting rid of waste.
4.  They have flat bodies. they are usually soft. 
5.   Parasites live in other creatures.
6.  Flatworms live in damp places.

Stinging Celled Organisms

1. Most stinging celled animals only have one opening.
2. Their bodies are very simple.
3. There are hundreds of species.
4.  They can regenerate.
5.  Their stings are not electric.  They are caused by micro-barbs.
6. They can be all shapes & sizes. 
7. They live underwater.

Safety Day 2011

•  At fire safety.I learned how to get out of a burning building, and the room had real smoke!  
• At first aid. I learned about some of the tools ambulances' have.  
•  At  farm safety. I learned that farms can be dangerous. 
• At  chemical look-a-like . I learned that things that look the same can be dangerous.      
• At c some computer safety.I learned that some people try to ruin your computer
• at outdoor safety, I learned how to live in the wild  
• At railroad safety, I learned that railroads can be dangerous

                1.Sponges can be all shapes and sizes.

                 2.Sponges take in water through pores,take the food and spit the water out.

                 3.They eat tiny bacteria in the water.

My Favorite Sport

My Favorite Sport

     My favorite sport is hockey. I like hockey because I can skate very fast and like the cold. In hockey, people hit a puck into the goal  if it makes it they get a point. A person can be the goalie. The goalie tries to stop the puck. Everybody playing wears skates which help you on the ice. When I started hockey, I couldn't stand up. Some players are very talented at hockey. Like me, many other people enjoy hockey too!

What I'm Looking Forward to in 4th Grade

 I am looking  forward to a great year! I am looking  forward to the auctions because I will get to buy things. This year I will get to read more books than ever! We will get to watch Mythbusters a lot. We will get to do experiments some times. I will  get smarter. I will make more friends. And that's what I am looking forward to this year!

When I grow up I want to be a scientist. I love books.Some people say I look like my dad,but i don't believe them.I live in Iowa.my dad is a marine.It can be very dangerous,he was shot in the leg.I've had 62 pets in my life.I live on a farm.I play the piano.
